The largest and most flexible of the properties in Antigua Village are the selection of Villas. We offer a small selection of these lovely properties directly on the beachfront. Villas are either expansive Ground floor homes or duplexes either including Ground and first or first and second floors.
Villas are, of course, fabulous for just two people but can easily accommodate four adults or, in many cases more. Absolutely ideal for families. Rates for villas are quoted on a basis of up to two people sharing. Any additional adults will be charged a supplement.
The average floor space of an Antigua Village Villa is 840 sq. ft. which includes patio space of approximately 200 sq, ft. Ground floor villas boast one excellent patio area, duplexes generally have two. Every villa in Antigua Village is individually owned, decorated and furnished according to the taste of the owner thus nothing is standard. However, all villas have fully equipped kitchens, private bathrooms, air conditioning, direct dial telephones with voicemail and multi-channel cable television and free WiFi.
